Groundsmen (GGA)

The Gloucestershire Grounds Association’s (GGA) principle aim is to work in partnership with appropriate individuals, suppliers and agencies to develop both groundsmen and playing surfaces for all clubs, schools and facilities affiliated to the GCB.

Sean Williams, head groundsman for Gloucestershire Cricket is the association’s chairman. Sean brings a raft of knowledge from the game and has a real desire to support and develop groundsmen atΒ clubs across the county.

GCB clubs and programmes officer Eric Woodmason – who is also groundsman at Frocester CC – is the GGA secretary.
