Schools

The GCB runs an annual coaching programme in the Special Schools to ensure young people with learning difficulties or physical disabilities have a fantastic opportunity to be involved in cricket.

Our intention is to also  create links with mainstream schools that have students with disabilities so we are reaching as many people as possible.

The coaching leads to both indoor and outdoor festivals that feed in to cricket clubs that have sections for young people with disabilities.

Please see below the schools that have been involved with the GCB in rcent years and attended festivals:

Belmont, Bettridge, Alderman Knight, Milestone, Paternoster, St Roses, Culverhill, New Fosseway, Kingsweston, New Siblands, Claremont, Cotswold Education Centre, Woodstock, Briarwood.

If any school that has students with Special Educational Needs want to be involved in cricket please contact Eric Woodmason on 07554 452227.
