Welfare
Within Gloucestershire we take the Welfare of our Coaches, Players and Volunteers extremely seriously. The County has an appointed County Welfare Officer whose job is to liaise with the development office on all welfare issues and to offer advice to anyone within cricket who needs it. If you would like to contact him for any reason then please do so.

To support Tom with his Welfare work each club across the County should have a Club Welfare Officer who is nominated by the club and who has attended the necessary courses provided by the GCB (Time to Listen, Safeguarding & Protecting Children). In an ideal situation each club should also have a Deputy Welfare Officer to take the place of the Welfare Officer should they be a way. These Officers details should be provided to the League in which the club plays and also the GCB.
