Schools
Gloucestershire Cricket Board are committed to working in as many schools as is humanly possible as it strongly believes that by working with boys and girls from a young age will ensure that more cricketers across the County are developed each and every year. This work is done via 2 main routes:
- Development Officers coaching within strategically planned areas – school to club links
- Chance to shine – Educating through Cricket
Within the staff at the Board there are 5 Officers who all deliver within schools and all of which have priority areas of work.
