How WEPL will look for 2018

THE line-up of the West of England Premier League for 2018 has now been announced after all promotions and relegations were confirmed.

Lechlade and Corsham drop down from Premier One to Premier Two Glos/Wilts, with Goatacre and Taunton St Andrews being elevated to Premier One.

Claverham are relegated from Premier Two Bristol/Somerset, while three sides – Chippenham, Gloucester City Winget and Hatherley & Reddings – are relegated from Premier Two Glos/Wilts.

Old Bristolians Westbury and Pak Bristolians return to the Bristol & District League, to be replaced in Bristol & North Somerset by Congresbury and Twyford House.

Corse & Staunton, Chipping Sodbury and Apperley lose their places in the Gloucestershire division, slipping down to the Gloucestershire County League with Kingsholm and Cheltenham 2nds coming up.

WEPL line-up for 2018 – Premier One: Bath, Clevedon, Frocester, Bristol, Downend, Potterne, Bedminster, Bridgwater, Goatacre, Taunton St Andrews.

Premier 2 Bristol/Somerset: Bishopston, Glastonbury, Ilminster, Taunton, Keynsham, Taunton Deane, Shapwick & Polden, Lansdown, Weston-super-Mare, Midsomer Norton.

Premier 2 Glos/Wilts: Lechlade, Corsham, Cheltenham, Westbury & District, Rockhampton, Burbage & Easton Royal, Thornbury, Biddestone, Dumbleton, Trowbridge.

Somerset Div: North Perrott, Wembdon, Bridgwater 2, Staplegrove, North Petherton, Minehead, Chard, Frome, Uphill Castle, Yeovil.

Bristol & North Somerset:  Claverham, Winterbourne, Bristol 2, Stapleton, Knowle, Brislington, Bath 2, Chew Magna, Congresbury, Twyford House.

Gloucestershire: Gloucester City Winget, Hatherley & Reddings, Stroud, Cirencester, Tewkesbury, Frocester 2, Cheltenham CS, Bourton Vale, Kingsholm, Cheltenham 2.
