The GGA is running two FREE workshops in February to help groundsmen prepare for the 2019 season.
On February 17 (9,30am-1pm) Gloucestershire Cricket head groundsman Sean Williams will lead a workshop at the Brightside Ground, Bristol. And on February 24 (9:30am-1pm) Christian Brain, head groundsman at Cheltenham College will lead a similar event.
Robert Jack from Dennis and SISIS will be in attendance at both workshops with a variety of machinery.

Club groundsmen are being offered a behind the scenes look at what goes into producing an international wicket this summer. On May 8 (6.30pm) they are invited to attend the Brightside Ground, Bristol to view pitch preparations for the England v Pakistan One Day International match, which takes place on Tuesday May 14.
On Tuesday July 23 the GGA is hosting a day at the Cheltenham Cricket Festival. Each club will be allocated two tickets – one of which must be used by the groundsman – for Day 3 of the County Championship match v Worcestershire. The event will be supported by Dennis and SISIS, with more details to be announced in due course.
