BRISTOL YMCA launch their defence of the Stuart Canvas Gloucestershire Trophy with a trip on Sunday to Frampton-on-Severn.
John Colley’s side (pictured) completed a five-wicket victory over Westbury-on-Severn in last season’s final and are currently mid-table in Division One of the Martin Berrill Bristol & District League while Frampton are hovering above the drop zone in Division Three of the Gloucestershire County League.
There is also one match on Sunday in the Stuart Canvas Gloucestershire Trophy with Rockhampton playing host to Gloucester City Winget.
Marshfield, meanwhile, are through to the last 32 of The Cricketer National Village Cup thanks to a five-wicket victory away to Corse & Staunton in the Gloucestershire final.
The home side had to work hard to reach 172-6 after winning the toss, Matt Cox (36) top scoring as Alistair Christie claimed 2-16 from eight.
Russell Lodge then anchored the Marshfield reply with a patient 61 as his side booked a trip to Shrewton, of Hampshire, on June 24.
Aston Ingham were beaten by 92 runs at home to Colwall in the Herefordshire & Powys final while Langford were edged out by 43 runs in the Oxfordshire play-off.
