THE quarter-final draws and finals days arrangements have now been made for Gloucestershire’s under-16 and under-19 club T20 competitions.
The under-16 tournament, which is sponsored by Jelf, will see Cam host Lechlade, Cheltenham welcome Frocester, Thornbury entertain Biddestone and Potterne at home to Bedminster.
Theses matches must be completed by August 18 with the four winners progressing through to finals day at Bedminster on August 25.
The under-19 tournament, meanwhile, is supported by First Class Comms. Champions Frocester (pictured) will be at home to Bedminster in a repeat of last season’s final which went down to the last ball while Twyford House, who this year entered for the first time, face a home date against fellow newcomers Dumbleton.
The other two quarter-finals are: Winterbourne v Bristol YMCA, and Bradley Stoke v Cheltenham.
These ties must be completed by August 25 with the four victorious sides progressing to finals day on September 8 at Stroud.
Competitions organiser Scott Tremain said: “We’ve seen some really good cricket played in the groups and now look forward to exciting knock-out phases.
“Teams play in coloured clothing and recreate the razzamatazz of the Vitality T20 Blast by using pink balls and playing music, and I’m sure things will be stepped up for the next stage of both events.”
Under-16 draw: Cam v Lechlade, Cheltenham v Frocester, Thornbury v Biddestone, Potterne v Bedminster.
