Elmlea Junior School from Bristol won the Gloucestershire Year 3 and 4 Kwik Cricket competition after beating Great Rissington by 32 runs in the final.
Elmlea made 244 to Great Rissington’s 212 in the pairs competition where teams start at 200 and lose five runs for every wicket.
The finalists were among eight teams who qualified for finals day at Wycliffe School following local district festivals.
The teams were split into two groups of four with the top one going through.
Great Rissington reached the final after beating Hanham Abbots while the eventual winners qualified for the showpiece with victory over Dinglewell.
The Year 3 and 4 tournament is the smaller of Gloucestershire’s primary school competitions.
Last month Christ Church Downed won the open competition at Cheltenham College with Hanham Abbotts claiming the prize for the girls.
