Community Coach: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £18,000 plus benefits (minimum full time contract of 24 months)
With the support of Chance to Shine, this position will have a focus on developing opportunities within schools for young people to participate, play and learn through cricket. In Gloucestershire we have a strong base in which to build from but there is still so much more that can be achieved and for this we are looking to appoint an outstanding individual to drive growth.
The GCB seeks to employ a highly motivated and competent Community Cricket Coach to support and work within the Cricket Development team. The role’s main focus will be to increase participation whilst creating a network of ‘cricket playing’ schools that see cricket as part of their day to day activity.
